Yotsanan gave a speech in Saraburi, receiving garlands made of marigolds, curry puffs, and cow dolls. He appealed for voters to choose Pheu Thai for the entire province, highlighting a 10,000-baht coupon to enhance skills and knowledge for 1 million people with the slogan “funded learning, guaranteed jobs.” He stressed that the millionaire project is about creating wealth, not handing out money.
At 12:10 p.m. on 27 January 2026, at the Municipal Thap Kwang Sports Stadium, Kaeng Khoi District, Saraburi Province, Mr. Yotsanan Wongsawat, Pheu Thai Party (PT) prime ministerial candidate, accompanied by Mr. Anucha Nakasai, Pheu Thai candidate for Chai Nat MP, and Mr. Nattawut Saiyakeua, election campaign assistant, went to campaign for Mr. Sombat Amnaka, Pheu Thai candidate for Saraburi MP, Constituency 2. Mr. Panthongtae Shinawatra, son of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, also joined the event.
The atmosphere was lively, with a large crowd gathering to hear the speech. Upon Yotsanan’s arrival, locals presented him with roses, garlands made from marigolds, curry puffs, preserved bananas, Kraisart dessert, and cow dolls symbolizing Saraburi province. He was also embraced warmly by the crowd, including an elderly woman who held him affectionately.
Yotsanan said that last time he only visited the market, but this time he wanted to talk directly with the people. He approached from behind, asking Saraburi residents about their dreams and hopes. He promised that on 8 February, together they would turn those dreams and hopes into reality for Saraburi. He described Saraburi as a place many around the world need to come to—a city of tourism, beauty, history, agriculture, industry, and science. He emphasized that Saraburi’s youth deserve a good quality of life.
He continued, speaking about good quality of life for everyone, emphasizing that to achieve this, it is necessary to remove various burdens. Pheu Thai will address the entire debt system, recognizing that many live in fear of debt. For farmers, they propose a three-year debt moratorium. Saraburi has diverse occupations, with many in industry and factories. Due to technology, some cannot adapt to new jobs. Pheu Thai is ready to provide coupons worth 10,000 baht to help people of all ages gain new skills. Over four years, 1 million Thais will receive these coupons with the motto: funded learning, guaranteed jobs.
He added that Pheu Thai will not abandon anyone, caring for farmers and industry workers. To boost the economy, they propose a program where the government pays 70% and citizens pay 30%. He expressed confidence in immediate implementation after 8 February. He assured that the millionaire policy is not about handouts but about creating incentives to earn income. The government will decentralize power, reducing state control and empowering local communities and citizens.
“Therefore, 8 February is the day to turn the dreams and hopes of the people into reality. I cannot enter parliament alone; I ask to sweep all four constituencies of Saraburi. This time, Pheu Thai cares equally for everyone. Political stability is truly important now. So I ask the people of Saraburi to entrust me, Yotsanan, who considers himself your child, to become the 33rd Prime Minister.”
