Supachai Threatens to Sue Sutin for Defamation Over Blue Money Allegations Against Bhumjaithai

Supachai Jaisamut is preparing to sue Sutin Klangsaeng for defaming the Bhumjaithai Party regarding the 'blue money' issue, which is considered an electoral law violation with severe criminal penalties and political disqualification.

On 28 Jan 2026 GMT+7, Supachai Jaisamut, a party-list MP candidate and chairman of Bhumjaithai's legal team, posted on Facebook about a speech by Sutin Klangsaeng, a party-list MP candidate of the Pheu Thai Party in Khon Kaen province, quoting him saying, “Taking money from Pheu Thai's crow—let me clarify—taking grey money from red crow, to be clearer, taking blue money from red crow.”

Supachai stated that it is widely understood nationwide that "blue color" and "blue party" refer to Bhumjaithai Party. Sutin Klangsaeng's statement is a false defamation, violating electoral law for MPs, constituting a criminal offense and leading to political disqualification. Bhumjaithai will proceed with legal action against Sutin Klangsaeng.
