The Royal Gazette has published the Prime Minister's order concerning the resignation of two political officials.
On 27 Jan 2026 GMT+7, the Royal Gazette website published the Prime Minister's order. "Relieving officials from their positions" It states that the Office of the Prime Minister issued order number 375/2568 dated 21 Oct 2025, appointing Mr. Pornchai Insuk and Mr. Ekkarat Phonsue to serve as political officials at the Secretariat of the Prime Minister from 21 Oct 2025 onward.
Since Mr. Pornchai Insuk and Mr. Ekkarat Phonsue resigned from their positions as of 24 Dec 2025, under the authority of Section 10 (2) of the Political Officials Act B.E. 2535 (1992), the political officials holding positions at the Secretariat of the Prime Minister are hereby relieved from their duties due to resignation, totaling two persons as follows.
1. Mr. Pornchai Insuk
2. Mr. Ekkarat Phonsue
Effective from 24 Dec 2025 onward.
