On 29 January 2026, the People's Party released a clip encouraging support for the referendum. The actors are Parit Watcharasindhu, a party-list MP candidate for the People's Party, and Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, Secretary-General of the Progressive Movement, portraying nephew Ice Cream and Grandpa Pok. The clip explains, “Nephew Ice Cream invites Grandpa Pok to talk about the referendum on approving the new constitution on 8 February, voting to endorse a new government, a new constitution, and a new future for all Thai people.”
Meanwhile, Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, former leader of the Future Forward Party, shared the clip and joked to Parit and Piyabutr, “Still not good enough. Why don't nephew Ice Cream and Grandpa Pok come learn acting with me first?”
