Peoples Party Intensifies Final Campaign Push with Leaders Holding Rallies Across All Regions to Garner Last-Minute Votes

The People's Party is intensifying its final campaign phase, with top leaders dispersing to hold rallies across every region. "Wiroj and Teng" are in Nakhon Ratchasima, while "Pita and Piyabutr" are based in Sakon Nakhon.

On 31 Jan 2026 GMT+7, the People's Party caravan with all eight factions continued its final campaign day two. The atmosphere in Nakhon Ratchasima was vibrant as Wiroj Lakkhanaadisorn, deputy party leader, led the Lower Northeast faction "Kom Faek" to visit Bua Yai and Khong districts. He delivered grassroots speeches highlighting the party's work on social security budget oversight, police extortion issues, and high electricity costs. He inspired the Northeastern people not to settle for Thailand's current progress, urging them to vote for both People's Party ballots on 8 Feb to establish a government focused on the majority's welfare.

For the evening's campaign highlight, the People's Party planned major rallies across all regions. In the Lower Northeast, party leader and prime minister candidate Nattapong Ruangpanyawut teamed with Wiroj to speak at a large event at Save One Market in Mueang District, Nakhon Ratchasima. In the Upper Northeast, Pita Limjaroenrat, former Move Forward Party leader, joined forces with Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, secretary-general of the Progressive Movement, for a major rally at the market near the bus station in Sakon Nakhon.

In the South, the Binladong faction led by Chutima Kotchapan, People's Party executive committee member, and Ramadon Panjor arrived in Krabi to open a rally at Thara Park. Veerayut Kanchuchat, the party’s third prime minister candidate, joined the team. This intense activity underscores the party's strategy of deeply engaging at the subdistrict and provincial levels to attract votes nationwide, aiming to propel Nattapong to become the next prime minister.
