"Teng Natthapong" gave a major speech in Korat, calling to change from 3 districts to 16 districts across the province, emphasizing "8 February Vote for Change," and citing the People's Party's meaning: "To love the nation is to love the people."
On 31 January 2026, at the Save One Market area in Nakhon Ratchasima province, the People's Party campaign caravan for the Lower Isan region, known as “Komfak,” led by Mr. Natthapong Ruangpanyawut, the prime ministerial candidate and leader of the People's Party, brought leaders and parliamentary candidates to give campaign speeches.
Mr. Natthapong said that before taking the stage, he had the chance to visit Prathai District where many parents and locals came to offer support, shake his hand, and send much hope and encouragement. Many were moved to tears and expressed strong affection for the party. He believes many people here at Save One Market share the same feelings. Why do we all feel love for this party? It is because we all love our country and our people. Our meaning is: to love the nation is to love the people.
Over the past eight years, although we have been an opposition party, we have changed outdated laws into progressive ones. We have brought transparency to areas that were once hidden in this country, such as the social security fund budget, turning it into something the public can scrutinize and understand. This is the change we have created together during these eight years.
"I want everyone to go vote on 8 February with the same feeling. Vote for change. I want to emphasize clearly: '8 February, vote for change.' Our meaning of 'vote for change' here is to change Korat from 3 districts to 16 districts," Mr. Natthapong said.
Mr. Natthapong also said he wants natural vote mobilizers, like the Dom Som group, to help communicate the goodwill and good intentions we have for this country. Our definition of the nation means the people, and we all love the nation the same way. Help spread this goodwill. Invite people of all colors, groups, occupations, generations, ages, and provinces, no matter where they are, to see our goodwill. What we want is simple: for everyone to have equal opportunity to access a good quality of life.
