Pita and Piyabutr urged the people of Sakon Nakhon to firmly support the Orange Party across the entire province, emphasizing that current politics is no longer a three-way struggle but a contest between two poles: the 'old guard' and the 'new wave.' Meanwhile, Thanathorn visited Sa Kaeo, exposing attempts to destroy the Orange Party, saying even if they come first, they cannot form a government. Phakmon and Weerayut campaigned in Krabi, recalling how some use patriotism as a pretext, but their love only leads to corruption.
On 31 January 2026, at the market in front of the Sakon Nakhon Bus Terminal, the People's Party held a campaign rally led by Piyabutr Saengkanokkul and Pita Limjaroenrat, the party's campaign assistants. Piyabutr said that the People's Party is campaigning in the final stretch with a caravan covering eight routes nationwide. He expressed confidence that their campaigning style, established since the Move Forward Party era, is unique and unmatched, with many star leaders, speakers, campaign assistants, and candidates able to campaign across the country simultaneously. He called on the people of Sakon Nakhon to vote for all seven People's Party candidates in the seven constituencies.
Piyabutr also stated that this election is not a three-way contest but a battle between two poles vying to form a government: the 'old guard,' who have alternated in power, and the 'new wave,' a fresh political force seeking to govern for the first time. This new pole is represented by the People's Party. He emphasized in this final stretch to be clear: forget about multiple parties and colors like in the past; what exists now is a two-pole political contest.
"They say that people will have more money in their pockets and promise other incentives as a last-minute tactic. Having crossed political lines, I pray that this time they succeed. But after more than two years, people have seen that things are the same as before. Last time, 14.4 million votes were not enough. I ask those 14.4 million voters to return and vote for us again, not to change their minds yet, and help bring one more voter each, totaling 28 million votes. This time, a people's government will surely emerge," Piyabutr said.
Then Pita said that never before in their political career have they had such an opportunity to secure the first constituency MP seat in Sakon Nakhon. He described the visit as lifting a curse: from the Future Forward Party to the Move Forward Party, they came first but never won the constituency seat, losing by 2,000 to 3,000 votes. Therefore, this visit to Sakon Nakhon is straightforward: it is a strategic area. If people come out in large numbers to vote, the People's Party will secure the Sakon Nakhon MPs. Why not get all seven candidates in all seven districts elected?
"I owe a great debt of gratitude to the people of Sakon Nakhon. I became the first chairman of the Land Commission for the Orange Party because I came here to learn from farmers. Farmers who own land can live sustainably, while those who rent land from the Agricultural Land Reform Office cannot access formal credit. Learning this, I saw how different life is. Returning to parliament, I debated the five-meter button. On 8 February, vote for the People's Party with both ballots. Enter the booth and send Mr. Teng to lead the government. Let's change Sakon Nakhon together."
Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit, campaign assistant for the People's Party, traveled to the Bus Terminal area and the city market in Mueang Kaew, Sa Kaeo province, with the Eastern Caravan 'Luk Nam Khem.' He said the People's Party's work does not begin with vote-buying or cultivating vote networks or influential figures. Instead, it selects capable and knowledgeable people to form a government team. He gave an example of the need for knowledgeable personnel to manage border issues and the new global power dynamics in trade, such as Mr. Pisan Manawapat, former Thai ambassador to Washington, D.C., the capital of the world's top power, the United States.
"They say that even if we win first place, we still won't be able to form a government. This sentence is meant to destroy us. More importantly, they want to make everyone lose hope and the will to dream. They want to shatter your dreams and hopes, making you believe that a new society, equality, democracy, and a corruption-free society are impossible in Thailand. They want everyone to lose hope in politics so that when you do, you will vote for the old parties, lose hope, and stop caring about politics. There is only one way: I ask the people of Sa Kaeo to vote for both People's Party ballots. This will help stop anyone else from forming a competing government, send the People's Party to govern, and send party leader Natthapong Ruangpanyawut to be prime minister."
Meanwhile, Weerayut Kanchuchat, People's Party prime ministerial candidate, along with Phakmon Noon Anan, People's Party party-list candidate, joined the People's Party southern caravan 'Bin Ladong' at the Tara Marina public park parking lot in Mueang Krabi district.
Phakmon said that with the election approaching, the People's Party's stake is the future of Thailand. She urged everyone to affirm the need for politics by ordinary people—politics that is voluntary and courageous—to shape Thailand's future. She said the party faces many challenges and being singled out, and that the South is an area many say is impossible for them to succeed.
"Thailand's political crises often flare up because of those who invoke patriotism. We must ask: what kind of love for the nation leads to turning natural resources into private property? What kind of patriotism supports land reclamation projects that destroy southern ways of life? What patriotism uses insured workers' money to fund calendars? What patriotism appoints drug offenders and controversial figures as ministers managing the country?"
Weerayut said that past politics have revolved around powerful business monopolies and now grey-area businesses. Vote-buying costs are rising, and if they become the government, corruption will increase—corruption plus. If vote buying escalates, corruption will also rise. He compared it to a crane collapse and dangerous construction becoming worse.
"Old politics and big-family politics have brought Thailand only this far, with GDP growth this year at just over 1%, the lowest in 30 years aside from the economic crisis. Inequality has risen, and opportunities for citizens have decreased. Don't let old and big-family politics take Thailand further down. The People's Party works hard, believing Thailand can do better. We believe Thai people deserve better. Our mission is to deliver the best government to Thailand. This unites everyone on the orange path, with energy to change, serious, well-thought policies, a management team with both will and expertise, proven since being a proactive opposition."
Weerayut continued that ultimately, a People's Party government will never happen if people in Krabi and the South do not dare to dream together. If everyone thinks Thailand can only go this far, it will be so. But if everyone dares to dream big—of a corruption-free Thailand where businesses compete fairly, where people can grow by merit, where the bureaucracy, military, and police work for the people and take pride in serving rather than personal gain; where old and new economies thrive on the world stage; where Thai society remains a land of opportunity, sharing hardships and happiness—if such big dreams are shared, he asks for everyone's strength and heart.
"This election is a choice between past and future. Governments of blue, green, navy, and red have all come and gone, but there has never been an orange government. We start with politics that do not rely on money and cannot be worse than before. This is our commitment. I ask for firm support from everyone traveling with us. When they have money on their side, we have our rights—the single pen to mark the ballot on 8 February. I ask everyone to vote overwhelmingly for orange. It will be the dawn of a new day, the dawn of a future where we have a people's government together," Weerayut said.
