He affirms that the Seri Ruam Thai Party has no hidden controllers behind the scenes unlike other parties.
On 1 Feb 2026 GMT+7, Police General Seri Phisut Temiyavet, prime ministerial candidate and leader of the Seri Ruam Thai Party, along with Suriya Boonnakka, the Seri Ruam Thai candidate for Lamphun constituency 1, paid respects at the Queen Chamadevi Monument for good fortune. Afterwards, they greeted tourists and locals near the monument before canvassing among vendors and shoppers at Nong Dok Market in Mueang Lamphun District. Party supporters and fans showed great interest, many traveling from nearby provinces to meet and converse with Police General Seri Phisut.
Later, Police General Seri Phisut visited the Chatuchak Market in Mueang Lamphun District to campaign among vendors and locals shopping there. He emphasized policies to suppress corruption, reform the police for the people, eradicate drugs, establish a pension system, collect weapons to prevent deaths, allocate land for housing and farming, and set civil servant retirement at age 65. His visit attracted strong interest from party supporters and fans requesting photos.
Police General Seri Phisut affirmed that the Seri Ruam Thai Party is not controlled behind the scenes like other parties. For example, the Pheu Thai Party has Thaksin behind it, Bhumjaithai Party has Newin, and the Prachachon Party has Thanathorn. Therefore, the leaders of those three parties cannot independently think or act. In contrast, Seri Ruam Thai is free from hidden control, allowing it to implement policies promised to the people if given the opportunity to govern following this election.
