Attawit criticized the Election Commission for carelessness after discovering missing names prevented early voters from voting, declaring that RTSC is preparing a major exposé on monopolistic capital.
On 2 February 2026, Mr. Attawit Suwanpakdee, deputy leader of the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party (RTSC), expressed serious concern over irregularities in recent early voting. He said many citizens have complained about a lack of transparency and errors by the Election Commission, including missing candidate names—finding that in some districts, candidates from several parties were absent from the lists. Early voting rights vanished when registered voters arrived at polling stations only to find their names missing, preventing them from voting.
Mr. Attawit added that the Election Commission must work more carefully, as even minor carelessness is undermining the fairness of this election and infringing on citizens' basic rights. The party is preparing a decisive move at a major rally on 3 February at the MBK front plaza (Pathumwan) starting at 5 p.m. The highlight will be a special disclosure by party leader Mr. Peeraphan Saleerutthipak, revealing behind-the-scenes facts about the challenges faced over the past two years and exposing the behavior of monopolistic capital groups. This aims to inform the public and provide data for decision-making before the 8 February election.
