Peeraphan leads the Ruam Thai Sang Chart party's campaign in Phitsanulok, supporting Natthapinya to solve Bang Rakam residents' livelihood issues by advocating a rice price of 15,000 baht per ton, lowering fuel and electricity costs, and providing a universal welfare payment of 1,500 baht.
On 3 February 2026, Mr. Peeraphan Saleerathwipak, leader of the Ruam Thai Sang Chart party, visited Phitsanulok province to assist Ms. Natthapinya Kraeptree, candidate number 6 for MP in Phitsanulok Constituency 4 from the same party, in her election campaign. A large crowd warmly welcomed and supported them. Before meeting the public, Peeraphan visited Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat to pay respects to Phra Buddha Chinnarat for good fortune, then proceeded to Wat Ratchaburana, a royal temple, to pay homage to Phra Kru Sitthithamwiphat, known as Luang Pho Samlee, the acting abbot.
Later, Peeraphan went to Bang Rakam market in Bang Rakam district, Phitsanulok, where vendors and farmers selling produce shared their hardships. They reported suffering from debts due to low agricultural product prices and high fertilizer costs, with rice selling for only a few thousand baht per cart because middlemen were driving prices down.
Peeraphan stated that the Ruam Thai Sang Chart party plans to assist rice farmers by establishing a system to ensure they earn about 15,000 baht per ton. This would involve government investment to set up rice mills that purchase rice directly for processing and retail at around 30 baht per kilogram. Calculations show farmers could earn over 200,000 baht per production cycle from rice sales, plus about 75,000 baht more from selling rice husks and bran, thereby improving income and transforming farmers into true entrepreneurs.
Regarding energy policy, Peeraphan said the party aims to reduce gasoline and diesel prices to 25 baht per liter and cap electricity prices at 3.30 baht per unit. They also propose increasing welfare allowances for the elderly and disabled to 1,500 baht per month for all age groups. Those who have previously paid taxes would receive an additional 500 baht, totaling 2,000 baht per month, to alleviate living costs, improve quality of life, and provide comprehensive security for the people.
