Election 2026: Democrat Party Releases Clip of Abhisit Holding Two Blue Kafs Asking for District and Party Votes

The Democrat Party released a final campaign clip showing Abhisit holding two blue kafs, inviting young people to "guess the word" and appealing for votes both in the district and for the party to fight in the 2026 election.

On 4 February 2026, reporters reported that in the intense final stretch of the election campaign, the Democrat Party shifted its approach. Led by party leader Abhisit Vejjajiva, they released a short video clip on social media emphasizing fun and accessibility for all ages, especially targeting young voters to seek their support on 8 February 2026.

The approximately 12-second video opens with Abhisit bowing, accompanied by the words "final stretch." The scene then changes to a mime act holding two "blue kettles," the party's signature color. The two kettles are marked with the words "party" and "district."

Next, Abhisit raises a leaf making a cross mark gesture to emphasize voting for both. The date "8 Feb 26" appears, indicating election day. The clip ends with an image of the two kettles crossed with the leaf, accompanied by a riddle: "Two blue kafs, both district (green) and party (pink)," directly encouraging people to vote for both the district MP candidates and the Democrat Party in the upcoming election.
