On 8 Feb 2026 GMT+7 in Suphanburi Province, Warawut Silpa-archa, a party-list candidate for the Bhumjaithai Party, and Sorachad Sujit, a constituency candidate for Suphanburi Province from the same party, went to vote together at polling station 27, constituency 1, located at the tent in the parking lot of Big C Shopping Center, Mueang Suphanburi District, Suphanburi Province.
After casting his votes, Warawut said this election requires marking three ballots: for constituency MP, party-list MP, and the constitutional referendum opinion card. He urged everyone to bring their ID cards and vote until 5 p.m. to determine Thailand's future direction. Importantly, he reminded voters to be cautious about rules, such as not wearing clothing with symbols or numbers related to candidates when entering the booth, and to avoid any actions on the ballot that could lead to legal issues. He stressed the importance of marking the ballot correctly to avoid spoiling it.
Meanwhile, at 9:30 a.m., Jatuporn Buruspat, leader of the New Opportunity Party, went to vote and participate in the referendum at polling station 30, constituency 9, at the tent in the parking lot near Gate 3 of the Department of International Trade Promotion, Chan Kasem subdistrict, Chatuchak district, Bangkok.
Jatuporn said he was pleased to see the public actively participating in voting enthusiastically since early morning. He invited everyone to exercise their right to vote and participate in the referendum, emphasizing that each person's vote is valuable in determining the country's direction.
He expressed his hopes for this election to bring honest politics and real change. He also urged the Election Commission, acknowledging the pressures they face, to work diligently, adhere strictly to laws and regulations, and perform their duties with integrity. He highlighted the importance of cooperation among government, private sector, and citizens to move the country forward.
