List of Peoples Party MPs Poised to Step Up as Leaders Face Removal Amid 44 Move Forward MPs’ Section 112 Amendment Case

A list of People's Party MPs is revealed who are ready to move up if party leaders lose their seats over the case involving 44 Move Forward MPs proposing an amendment to Section 112, following the NACC's unanimous decision finding them guilty.

On 10 Feb 2026 GMT+7, reporters reported that the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) unanimously found 44 former Move Forward MPs guilty of serious ethical violations for jointly signing and proposing an amendment to Section 112 of the Criminal Code.
