
The People's Party declared "Winning or losing is acceptable, but we cannot accept vote counting fraud." They announced plans to file requests for recounts in 10 districts.
At 13:35 on 10 Feb 2026 GMT+7, the People's Party (Popchon) Facebook page posted: "We accept election results; winning or losing is something we can accept, but we cannot accept vote counting fraud. Every vote represents the people's will, which we must protect." Currently, a special task force has been formed to handle cases of irregular vote counting nationwide, starting from yesterday (9 Feb). They have filed requests for recounts in 10 districts as follows: Khon Kaen District 3, Mr. Chatchawan Apirakmunkong; Lampang District 2, Ms. Suwipha Kusonjoong; Surat Thani District 1, Mr. Ratphat Pattanasirirak; Chonburi District 1, Mr. Warot Sirirak; Maha Sarakham District 1, Mr. Theerawat Panna; Nakhon Ratchasima District 13, Ms. Nalanta Boonchit; Chainat District 1, Mr. Songpon Pataraphirom; Samut Prakan District 6, Mr. Weeraphat Kantha; Tak District 1, Mr. Krit Panniam; Saraburi District 1, Mr. Soraphat Sriprach.
