Wiroj filed a complaint against the Chonburi Provincial Election Commission, the chief of polling station 15 in Chonburi, and all seven election commissioners for neglecting their duties under Sections 157 and 172, pointing out that they could not even protect a mere five seconds of citizens’ voting rights.
On the evening of 10 Feb 2026, Mr. Wiroj Lakkhanaadisorn, former party-list MP of the People’s Party (PPP), posted a complaint document along with a statement on his Facebook page: "I have officially filed a complaint against the Chonburi Provincial Election Commission, the chief of polling station 15 in Chonburi, and all seven election commissioners at the Muang Chonburi Police Station for dereliction of duty under Section 157 of the Penal Code and Section 172 of the Organic Act on the Election Commission. I also recorded a daily log providing leads to the deputy investigation chief at Muang Chonburi Police Station about possible criminal groups formed to harm citizens and cause disturbances at the badminton stadium in Chonburi Municipality. Police officers and Mr. Worajak Sathapornpinyo, the Muang Chonburi District Chief, have promised to supervise and prevent these vile groups from engaging in such disgraceful behavior in Chonburi Province.Regarding ballot box monitoring, the Deputy Secretary of the Election Commission has allowed citizens to watch over ballot boxes for two days before the Election Commission’s decision, under police supervision, with CCTV cameras installed thoroughly. I sincerely hope the Election Commission will show basic human conscience and act reasonably to ensure that the voting and counting process in Chonburi and other provinces is conducted honestly and fairly. If the Election Commission cannot even protect citizens’ five seconds of voting rights, I believe they should reconsider their own positions."
