Tawiwong Totawiwong submitted evidence of irregularities in the vote counting process to the Election Commission, requesting a recount of votes for Ayutthaya Constituency 1. He affirmed his respect for the election results but insisted on the need for transparency.
On 11 February 2026, Tawiwong Totawiwong, candidate for Ayutthaya Constituency 1 from the Prachachon Party, posted that after gathering evidence, he formally requested the Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Provincial Election Commission to order a recount and retally of votes in the election for Ayutthaya Constituency 1.
He submitted evidence of irregularities in the vote counting and tallying processes across various polling stations, highlighting issues affecting the transparency and credibility of the count.
"I affirm that I respect the election results; however, I seek the highest level of transparency and fairness in this election process. I also aim to protect the rights of all citizens who deserve clear explanations regarding their voting rights," he said.
