On 12 February 2026, the Ratchaburi Provincial Election Commission Office addressed reports circulating on social media about the compilation of party-list MP election results in Ratchaburi Province, Constituency 2, Polling Station 2, Huai Yang Thon Subdistrict, Pak Tho District, Ratchaburi. The news stated that although the Prachachon Party received 90 votes, the official vote tally report (Form S.S.5/18 Party-list) recorded zero votes.
The Ratchaburi Election Commission Office explained that the responsible officials thoroughly reviewed the case and corrected the vote count to reflect the accurate number before reporting and recording the results. They have also informed the candidates affiliated with the party about the correction.
