He explained that he had been sick since 9 Feb, describing it as the most severe illness of his life. Upon recovery, he promptly returned to thank the public for every vote given to the party. Although vote counts were lower than expected, he affirmed that the Pheu Thai Party and all its candidates performed their duties fully and remain ready to continue working politically for the benefit of the people in any role, whether in government or opposition.
Meanwhile, Mr. Yotsanan expressed concern about the incident at Patong Prathan Khiriwat School in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. He sent his support to the school principal's family and those affected, stating that safety lessons should be learned from the event. He also said that if there is any way the Pheu Thai Party can assist, they are willing to provide support in all aspects.
Regarding the recent election results, Mr. Yotsanan stated, the Pheu Thai Party has assessed the overall outcome and feels that there is nothing to regret from their campaign efforts, as everyone did their best. Mr. Yotsanan also stated that for the country to progress, election mechanisms must gain trust, and every vote must be cast honestly.
