Wiroj urged the Election Commission to clarify the discovery of a ballot counting sign (Form S.S. 5/11) found in a garbage dump in Prapradaeng. He criticized the excuse that the materials were placed there for ballot consolidation and questioned the claim that all documents would be securely preserved. He reiterated that the constitution specifies elections must be conducted in secrecy.
On 14 February 2026, Mr. Wiroj Lakkhanaadisorn, former party-list MP of the Prachachon Party, posted photos of ballot counting signs, stating that a tally sheet (Form S.S. 5/11) and related election documents were found at a garbage site in Prapradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province. He said the Election Commission should clarify whether these documents are genuine, and if so, how they ended up discarded in the garbage. He questioned whether the Commission would still claim that the materials were not discarded but rather placed at the election unit's storage area for ballot consolidation.
He added, "Given the size of this garbage pile, it hardly seems to be an election unit location. With such handling and movement of election-related documents, can the Election Commission still confidently guarantee that all election documents are 100% securely preserved around the clock?"
Mr. Wiroj also stated that the constitution protects voters' freedom to vote in secrecy. He pointed out that the Commission's barcode system allows ballots to be traced back to individual voters' choices, suggesting that citizens' rights have already been violated by the Election Commission.
