Lawyer Aun Storms Election Commission Demanding 100% Vote Count Disclosure, Claims Pheu Thai May Not Last More Than 6 Months in Government

"Lawyer Aun" held a candle and stormed the Election Commission (EC), calling it a dark organization. He demanded the full 100% parliamentary election vote count be disclosed and plans to file a complaint at the City Pillar Shrine Court this Saturday. He revealed a plan to retaliate against the Pheu Thai Party, predicting it will be removed from government within six months.

At 14:00 on 16 February 2026 GMT+7. Mr. Patrapong Suphakorn, also known as Lawyer Aun from Buriram. He held a candle in front of the Election Commission office as a symbolic act indicating that the EC lacks clarity on the facts and is seen by the public as a blind and corrupt organization. He noted that eight days have passed since the parliamentary election, and if the election were a person, it would be unrecognizable and lost its identity.

Mr. Patrapong further stated that the EC remains vague, with website results stuck at 95% of verified votes. He questioned why there are still 5%, approximately 2.5 million votes, unaccounted for. He wondered if these votes are being manipulated or embellished. He questioned why it has taken eight days, and whether the vote tallying center is not at the EC but somewhere else, like Soi Rangnam, since ministerial seats have already been divided. Regardless, he said that filing complaints at any court feels futile, so he will file at the City Pillar Shrine Court on Saturday, 21 February.

"Why not announce 100%? Every vote from every polling station goes directly to the EC. Why delay? If the server is here, why not reveal the full truth? Similarly, regarding Spectre C, alleged to be an IO of the People’s Party, the media was allowed full access to the fourth floor."

Mr. Patrapong also speculated that others might have access to EC data. The EC has never shown transparency or explained the server issues from day one and has blocked public inquiries or attendance at press briefings.

"In that case, just do as the Constitutional Court does—no media allowed inside, just broadcast via TV screens. If questions are forbidden, I am one of the complainants representing the public who wants to ask the EC but cannot. Therefore, this place appears dark and corrupt to the public."

Lawyer Aun added that controlling vote reporting might involve not just the EC but outside parties, and the server might be at Soi Rangnam. He said he heard that authorities have ordered the EC to quickly certify results, leading to the extraordinary senate meeting on 26 February to select two new EC members. These two will sign off on licenses for MPs elected in what many Thais view as the dirtiest election.

At the end, Mr. Patrapong warned the Pheu Thai Party that he will increase scrutiny of them and that the party will not last more than six months before being ousted and replaced by the Kla Tham Party. This is a plan for revenge after Pheu Thai previously expelled the Bhumjaithai Party from the coalition. Such actions undermine the dignity and honor of the Pheu Thai Party. .
