At 16:30 on 16 February 2026 GMT+7. Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul traveled to pay respects to Luang Pu Dam and the Royal Emblem at Phra Ratchawang Police Station. These are sacred symbols reflecting national identity and the revered monarchy, especially for blessings related to work, promotion, entering civil service, and removing curses or obstacles. Afterwards, the Prime Minister also paid respects to a statue of Phra Ratchawatcharathammasophon, known as Luang Pu Sila Sirijanto, located behind the police station.
The Royal Emblem includes symbols such as the Great Crown of Victory with a halo, the seven-tiered umbrella (Saptapadorn Sawet Chat), the three-headed Airavata elephant, the white elephant, crossed kris daggers, depictions of royal lions supporting the umbrella, and the Great Chain of Nine Gems Royal Decoration. It was created during King Rama V's reign by designer Mom Chao Prawich Chumsai. Later, in King Rama VI’s reign, it was replaced by the Garuda emblem.
