17 February 2026 GMT+7 Mr. Karunphon Tiensuwan, deputy spokesperson of the Prachachon Party (Prachon). He posted images and statements on Facebook to clarify the case involving the company Spectre C (Spectre C) Co., Ltd., a media business accused of being an IO. On the day the media inspected the company's 4th floor, all computer equipment was covered because air conditioning maintenance was underway. Regarding suspicions about IO activities on the 4th floor of the Orange Party, although explanations and video clips from various programs stated it was a normal working area, questions remained about why tarps were used—whether something was being concealed. Therefore, he presented the quotation for replacing the entire floor's air conditioning and photos of the units prepared for installation, which were placed in front of the party's parking building, as evidence. He also shared CCTV footage showing technicians covering equipment to protect from dust during installation, along with news agency photos that inspected and uncovered the tarps on the desks.
Mr. Karunphon added that from the evidence presented, he is willing to clarify any remaining doubts. However, he cannot disclose the contractor's name due to concerns about political hatred affecting their livelihood. He understands if some still believe in the IO allegations; he cannot force anyone to accept the facts. He hopes that information is received with reason and from multiple sources rather than immediate acceptance, so that communication shared among all is as credible as possible, including the information he has clarified.
Reporters noted that some documents Mr. Karunphon presented included a quotation from a limited partnership dated 12 December 2025 for air conditioning installation on the building's 4th floor, totaling 516,903 baht. The client is Mars Estate Co., Ltd., a company almost entirely owned by Mrs. Raveepan Juangroongruangkit, Thanathorn Juangroongruangkit's wife. This company owns the Future Forward building where Spectre C Co., Ltd. operates, and where the Prachachon Party and the Progressive Movement also rent offices.
