At 08:30 on 19 Feb 2026 GMT+7, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, presided over the anniversary event of the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC). The ceremony was attended by Police Lieutenant General Rutthaphol Naowarat, Minister of Justice; Lieutenant General Adul Boonthamcharoen, Deputy Minister of Defense; General Pana Klaewplaodtook, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army; and General Chaipruk Duangprapat, Chief of Staff of the Royal Thai Army.

He then entered the Phetcharat Residence to pay homage to Her Royal Highness Princess Phetcharat Rajasuda Sirisophaphanvadi before proceeding to the Ruenruedi Building for a Buddhist ceremony.
After the ceremony, reporters tried to ask Prime Minister Anutin about the progress of government formation and whether he had talked with the Kla Party, but he did not stop to give interviews, only briefly replying, "We are waiting for certification from the Election Commission. I have said many times that we must wait for certification because we do not yet know when it will be. Everything must be official."
When asked how the Ministry of Interior is handling the People's Party's use of laser IDs behind national ID cards to verify identity for party membership applications, Anutin responded that everything is in accordance with the law.
