The party insists it has never engaged in or hired any company to conduct such activities and is confident that all its actions comply fully with the law. Therefore, this issue should not lead to the dissolution of the Prachachon Party.

Parit added that any clarification regarding Spectre C Company is the company's responsibility, not the party’s. He understands that the company is expected to issue a statement soon. The legal team has reviewed the matter and confirmed the party has not violated any rules or laws. The appointment of MPs’ assistants follows parliamentary regulations.

He considers this incident an important lesson for the party to review and tighten its candidate selection process. He humbly accepts this point and, on behalf of the party, apologizes to the victims, acknowledging that the offender was allowed to run as an MP candidate.

Regarding the Lamphun Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), where a Prachachon Party candidate serves as PAO president and is responsible for producing a calendar, Parit explained why the party only investigated the Social Security calendar. He said, in principle, any budget, regardless of which agency uses it, should be questioned for appropriateness. He believes the facts are not yet clear on this issue and will reserve judgment until further clarification is provided.
