Election Commission Officially Announces Constituency and Party List MP Vote Counts, Except for 3 Districts Pending Recount or Re-voting

The Election Commission officially announced the vote counts for constituency and party list MPs, except for three districts that require recounts or re-voting.

On 20 February 2026, reporters reported that on 19 February, the Office of the Election Commission announced the District Election Commission's notice regarding the vote counts for constituency MPs (Form MP 6/1) and party list MPs (Form MP 6/1 (PL)), except for Bangkok Constituency 15, Nan Province Constituency 1, and Udon Thani Province Constituency 6. The results are available on the Election Commission's website (www.ect.go.th).

Some of the vote counts posted on the website may change due to recounts or re-voting at certain polling stations, in accordance with the Election Act of 2018 and its amendments, as follows.

1. If vote counting at any polling station cannot be completed due to riots, floods, fires, force majeure, or other necessary reasons, the District Election Commission shall announce the suspension of counting for that station under Section 121.

2. If the number of voters does not match the number of ballots cast, and after the District Election Commission verifies the discrepancy remains, as stipulated in Section 122.

3. If the District Election Commission reports that the party list MP vote count was conducted incorrectly, under Section 124.

4. After completing recounts or re-voting, the District Election Commission will issue an announcement regarding the results of the constituency MP vote counts (Form MP 6/1) and party list vote counts (Form MP 6/1 (PL)) and upload these results to the website.

5. The unofficial vote count reports (ECT Report 69) will be removed from the Election Commission's website (www.ect.go.th).
