Thammanat has canceled his flight and has not been informed if he will visit the ministry. Regarding rumors of a meeting being called for senior executives of the ministry, inquiries with officials confirmed no official meeting has been convened.
At 10:25 a.m., Mr. Nares Thamrongthippayakun, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, arrived at the ministry and briefly stated that the flight to Europe has not been canceled. However, he does not know if Lt. Col. Thammanat will come to the ministry. He added that he has been instructed by Lt. Col. Thammanat to act on his behalf in official duties.
