Social Media Notes Differences in New Ballot Stub in February 22 Re-election

Social media users have noted that the ballot stub for the February 22 re-election is different, with something missing. Meanwhile, Thanarat posted a photo with the message, "It's over."

On 22 February 2026, reporters reported that from 08:00 hours, ballot boxes were opened for eligible voters to cast ballots for constituency and party-list members of the House of Representatives, as well as a new referendum vote at polling station and referendum unit 9 in election and referendum district 15, Bangkok, at the Amornpan Satellite Condo Town (R4) building, Khan Na Yao subdistrict, Khan Na Yao district, with citizens arriving continuously to exercise their rights.

Meanwhile, today, Mr. Thanarat Kueawatthanapan from DomeCloud, an IT specialist company that raised the issue of barcodes on the 2026 ballots, who was observing at the polling station, posted images viahis personal Facebook accountshowing the stub of the ballot paper for the new vote. The posted ballot was for party-list members of parliament or party selection, along with the message “Omae wa mou shindeiru. It's over.” This post attracted many Facebook users' comments and shares.

Several Facebook users observed from the photo that the new ballot does not have serial or seat numbers on the top stub as the February 8 ballot did, while the barcode at the bottom remains. Some questioned whether this might lead to the election being invalidated.
