At 17:26 on 22 February 2026 GMT+7, reporters observed that the Election Commission officials began counting ballots for the Member of Parliament (MP) constituency vote, party-list MP vote, and the referendum at polling and referendum Unit 9, Constituency 15, Khan Na Yao subdistrict, Khan Na Yao district, Bangkok, at the Amornpan Satellite Condo Town building (R4), Khan Na Yao subdistrict. This was a re-vote after a storm on 8 February 2026 GMT+7 damaged ballots. The event drew lively attendance from citizens and politicians monitoring the process.
By 18:16, the Election Commission officials had completed counting all three ballots. The unofficial results for Unit 9, Constituency 15, Bangkok, were as follows.
First place: Mr. Witawat Tichawanich, People's Party candidate, received 134 votes.
Second place: Mr. Phonphum Wipatiphumprathet, Pheu Thai Party, received 76 votes.
Third place: Mr. Thanom Onketphon, Bhumjaithai Party, received 50 votes.
Fourth place: Ms. Thitayakorn Pornrojanakoon, Democrat Party, received 18 votes.
First place: People's Party received 143 votes.
Second place: Bhumjaithai Party received 63 votes.
Third place: Pheu Thai Party received 39 votes.
Fourth place: Democrat Party received 23 votes.
Fifth place: Thai Pakdee Party received 6 votes.
Approve: 203 votes.
Disapprove: 87 votes.
No opinion: 13 votes.
