On 24 February 2026 at the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), declarations of assets and liabilities by political officeholders were disclosed. Notably, Pol. Lt. Gen. Rutthaphon Naowarat declared assets totaling 37,657,248 baht with no liabilities upon assuming the office of Minister of Justice on 24 September 2025. Mr. Anucha Sasomsap declared assets of 478,398,518 baht upon leaving his position as MP for Nakhon Pathom from the Chartthaipattana Party. Mr. Chonlat Ratchakitprakarn, upon leaving his party-list MP position for Bhumjaithai Party, declared assets totaling 121,414,064 baht.
Dr. Chonanan Srikaew, after stepping down as MP for Nan from the Pheu Thai Party, declared total assets of 652,594,793 baht. This includes Dr. Chonanan’s assets of 11,296,563 baht and those of his wife, Ms. Nuansakul Bamrungpong, totaling 641,298,230 baht. Their holdings include 70 plots of land valued at 229,952,938 baht, seven buildings worth a combined 372.6 million baht, among them a three-story mansion valued at 354 million baht. Other assets totaling 25,413,789 baht include a sacred green-gold amulet of Luang Pho Thap from Wat Anong and an antique cat’s eye diamond ring with emeralds acquired on 12 October 2013, which was declared as having no evaluable value. Additionally, they own 25 Hermes brand bags and accessories worth 6,098,000 baht; 45 Chanel bags and others worth 5,970,000 baht; 81 pieces of gold and diamond jewelry valued at 5,912,889 baht; 51 pairs of branded shoes worth 710,000 baht; and 160 pieces of Nang Phaya silk skirts and other silk textiles worth 750,000 baht.
