The Election Commission (EC) has announced the certification of election results for 396 constituency MPs. Certificates can be collected starting 26 Feb. The EC stated that if there is evidence or knowledge of fraud, it may petition the Supreme Court to revoke electoral rights.
At 15:20 on 25 Feb 2026, the Election Commission Office issued a proclamation certifying the election results of 396 constituency MPs. Following the Royal Decree dissolving the House of Representatives in 2025 and the EC's designation of Sunday, 8 Feb 2026, as election day,
the Election Commission convened to consider under Section 127 of the Organic Act on the Election of MPs B.E. 2561 (2018), which states that the EC shall announce constituency MP election results once a preliminary review reasonably believes the election was fair and transparent, covering no less than 95% of all constituencies. The EC must complete and announce the results promptly but no later than 60 days from election day. The EC resolved to announce the names of 396 elected constituency MPs.
Accordingly, the following announcement is made: Candidates elected as constituency MPs per this announcement may collect their election certificates on 26 February 2026 from 09:00 to 16:30, on 27 February 2026, and from 2 to 6 March 2026 between 08:30 and 16:30, including public holidays. Collection is at Meeting Room 201, 2nd Floor, Election Commission Office, Chaeng Watthana Road, Thung Song Hong Subdistrict, Lak Si District, Bangkok. If a candidate cannot collect the certificate personally, they may authorize a representative with a power of attorney, including notarized copies of the ID cards of both parties, on the specified days.
After results are announced, if there is credible evidence that a candidate or any individual committed election fraud or was complicit in such acts, the EC may file a petition with the Supreme Court to revoke that person's right to stand for election or to vote.
