
The Royal Gazette announced the number of foreign nationals permitted to reside in the Kingdom in 2025, limiting each nationality to no more than 100 persons, and stateless foreigners to no more than 50 persons.

The Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, with Cabinet approval, agreed to set the number of foreign nationals, both with nationality and stateless, allowed to reside in the Kingdom in 2025 according to the limits specified in this announcement.
By virtue of Section 5, paragraph one, of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522 (1979), as amended by National Council for Peace and Order Announcement No. 87/2557 concerning amendments related to the duties of police officers dated 10 July 2014, and Section 40 of the Immigration Act B.E. 2522, the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, with Cabinet approval, hereby announce the number of foreign nationals permitted to reside in the Kingdom in 2025 as follows.
Article 1 Foreign nationals holding citizenship from each country permitted to reside in the Kingdom in 2025 shall not exceed 100 persons per country.
All colonies of a country combined or each self-governing territory shall be considered as one country.
Article 2 Stateless foreign nationals permitted to reside in the Kingdom in 2025 shall not exceed 50 persons.
