The Election Commission (EC) summarizes voter turnout for the House of Representatives election at 71.42%, excluding re-elections and recounts. It explains that the number of voters using the two ballots differs because some envelopes from out-of-district and overseas voting did not return complete ballots.
At 21:48 on 26 February 2026, the Office of the Election Commission released information about voter turnout for the general election of House of Representatives members held on 8 February 2026 as follows.
1. Election for party-list members of the House of Representatives.
2. Election for constituency members of the House of Representatives.
The EC also noted the following remarks. Data as of 25 February 2026, excluding ballots subject to re-elections and recounts.
The discrepancy in the number of voters between party-list and constituency ballots is due to some out-of-district or overseas voting envelopes returning incomplete sets of the two ballot types.
A summary of voter turnout, valid ballots, spoiled ballots, and ballots with no selection by province will be released after all re-elections and recounts are completed.
