
The Election Commission (EC) has certified the party-list MPs, revealing 100 names. The People's Party has the most with 32 seats, followed by Bhumjaithai and Pheu Thai parties. The EC has yet to certify the MP for Suphan Buri's 2nd constituency after finding signs of electoral misconduct by the election officials.
At 4:00 p.m. on 4 March 2026 at the Election Commission office, Acting Lt. Pasakorn Siriphakayaporn, Deputy Secretary-General of the EC, announced that the EC resolved to certify three additional constituency MPs: Phayao Province Constituency 1, Chanthaburi Province Constituency 1, and Constituency 2. However, the EC has not certified the MP for Suphan Buri Province Constituency 2 due to findings that the conduct of the election officials suggested a lack of fairness and integrity, prompting further investigation.
Regarding rumors that the EC has abandoned or blamed the election officials, it was clarified that the EC and its office highly value their work. Once appointed, election officials are considered employees under the Criminal Code, granting them rights and duties under the law. If they act according to legal regulations, the law protects them. However, if they act to benefit or assist any political party, they will be held legally accountable.
