On 5 March 2026, Dr. Warong Dechkitvikrom, leader of the Thai Pakdee Party and party-list MP, came to receive his MP certification at the Election Commission. He told reporters that today he came to collect the certification documents, admitting it had been a long time since he last handled such paperwork and that it had been 12 years since he last entered parliament.
He personally intends to report to parliament on 10 March, noting that this date is not chosen for any auspicious reason. He explained that traveling today, when many major parties are also reporting, might cause delays, so he chose a convenient date instead.
Dr. Warong stated that he accepts he must be humble today since Thai Pakdee only secured one seat. He affirmed he will stand on Thailand’s side and support anything beneficial to the nation. Regarding his decision to join the government or opposition, he said he will declare his position on 10 March when he reports to parliament.. He also sent a message to the people who trusted and elected him, assuring that he will do his utmost for their benefit with what he has been given.
