On 5 March 2026, reporters from the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) office reported that regarding the progress of the case in which the NACC found grounds to indict 44 former Move Forward Party MPs for serious ethical violations in relation to initiating amendments to Criminal Code Section 112, currently, the NACC's legal division is drafting the indictment, which must be completed within 30 days or by 9 March 2026, to file the petition with the Supreme Court for consideration.
