Election Commission Summarizes 2026 Election Data: Full Vote Counts and Party-List MP Seat Calculations for All Parties

The Election Commission summarizes the 2026 election data, including vote totals and the calculation of party-list MP seats for all 57 parties, as well as the 10 provinces with the highest voter turnout.

At 18:40 on 5 March 2026, the Office of the Election Commission announced a summary of the 2026 MP election data for both constituency and party-list systems as follows.

1. A report on the combined vote counts for MPs in both constituency and party-list elections (by province, totaling 77 provinces).

2. The 10 provinces with the highest voter turnout for MP elections.

3. Data on voter turnout for the House of Representatives election and the referendum held on 8 February 2026.

4. The number of MPs officially declared elected in both constituency and party-list elections.

5. The calculation of party-list MP seats.

Reviewing the combined vote results for constituency and party-list elections as per item 1, it appears that the number of voters is not equal to the total of valid, spoiled, and unmarked ballots for candidates or party lists. This discrepancy is due to some voters presenting themselves but not requesting a ballot, failing to place ballots in the ballot box, tearing ballots, removing ballots from polling stations, marking ballots excessively or insufficiently, voting outside their designated district or country, or ballots returned in envelopes containing only one type of ballot. Other reasons also apply. The Election Commission has ordered re-voting or vote recounts in certain cases accordingly.
