Glathum Party MPs tied green neckties in unity as they boarded a bus to report to Parliament, while Thammanat and Narumon had already arrived earlier. Attakorn revealed that the case involving Chonnaphat, whose home was searched by the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) and the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), will be handled according to the justice process.
At 09:30 on 6 Mar 2026 GMT+7 at the Glathum Party (GT) office, party MPs began departing in succession to board a bus traveling to report as members of the 27th House of Representatives to the Secretariat of the House at the Parliament building. The Glathum Party has a total of 58 MPs. The atmosphere was lively, with all MPs wearing green neckties and party logo pins on their lapels.
At 10:40, Attakorn Sirilattayakorn, Minister of Tourism and Sports and party registrar of Glathum, led the MPs in a group photo in front of the party office before boarding the bus to report at the Parliament building.
Meanwhile, Col. Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, serving as chairman of Glathum’s advisory board, and Narumon Pinyosinwat, Minister of Education and party leader, had traveled ahead to wait at the Parliament building.
Additionally, Boonying Nitikanjana, MP for Ratchaburi, and Chonnaphat Naksua, MP for Songkhla, had already reported to Parliament earlier due to other commitments. Jakapan Piyapornpaiboon, MP for Prachuap Khiri Khan, did not report on this day, having informed earlier that morning he was ill with food poisoning and hospitalized.
Attakorn said approximately 54 MPs would report today, as some, like Chonnaphat, had reported earlier. Regarding the March 5 incident when DSI and AMLO searched Chonnaphat’s residence, no discussion has yet taken place among party leaders, and he has not spoken with Chonnaphat about it. However, during the campaign period, they had communicated and offered support. The case will proceed according to the justice system. As for government formation progress, he has not discussed this with Col. Thammanat and is only involved in talks about the operations of the Ministries of Agriculture and Cooperatives and Tourism and Sports, which he oversees.
