On 12 Mar 2026 GMT+7, Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, as leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, spoke about a complaint filed with the Ombudsman regarding serious ethics violations and his qualifications. The complaint concerns a Bhumjaithai MP seminar held at Chang International Circuit in Buriram, located within disputed Khao Kradong land. Anutin responded, “How can they file a complaint? What does this have to do with Bhumjaithai?” He clarified that they rented and used the venue out of convenience.
When reporters asked about the venue being on disputed Khao Kradong land, Anutin laughed and said, “I don’t know how to answer that. It has nothing to do with Bhumjaithai.”
When asked again if the Bhumjaithai Party acted correctly, Anutin immediately replied, “The Bhumjaithai Party is acting correctly.”
