Teerasak Aranphithak reported for duty as a senator replacing Doctor Kess, declaring his readiness to push legislation for the benefit of the people. Teerasak said he is a Group 19 senator from Chiang Rai Province, working as an engineer and lecturer at Chiang Rai Rajabhat University. He is committed to carefully reviewing and proposing improved laws, monitoring government work, and providing quality advice. Regarding politics, he emphasized his neutrality, independence from political factions, and intention not to be an enemy to anyone. His focus is on the nation's and people's best interests.

He added that his work will involve coordination with fellow senators without causing division or favoring any side. The goal is national benefit. The Senate's diversity requires mutual respect and exchange of experiences to ultimately produce good laws and social rules. He plans to address problematic and unjust laws, improve them, and promote the One Stop Service law to make investment processes transparent, simple, and highly efficient.

Meanwhile, he sees room for further development, especially with current technology. He believes Thailand has excellent universities capable of developing applications to help people reduce expenses and increase income, particularly disadvantaged groups and the elderly, who deserve income and dignified living.

When asked about the senate collusion case in which the Election Commission subcommittee ruled that the 229 accused had no grounds for wrongdoing or dismissed the charges, Teerasak replied that it depends on the rules and the discretion of the committee to decide. He had no comment on the matter, as it is beyond his authority. .
