Announcement of Attawit as Party-List MP for United Thai Nation Party Replacing Pheeraphan

The Royal Gazette revealed the House of Representatives' announcement promoting Attawit Suwanpakdee to party-list MP of the United Thai Nation Party, replacing Pheeraphan Saleerathvipak following his resignation.


On 17 March 2026, the Royal Gazette website publishedan announcement from the House of Representatives regarding the elevation of the next person on a party's party-list to fill a vacant parliamentary seat.The announcement dated 17 March 2026, signed by Mr. Sophon Sarum, Speaker of the House of Representatives, states the following:

According to the Election Commission's announcement on the results of the party-list MP election dated 4 March 2026, it was declared that Mr. Pheeraphan Saleerathvipak, listed first on the United Thai Nation Party's party-list, was elected as a member of the House of Representatives.

Now, Mr. Pheeraphan Saleerathvipak has submitted a letter of resignation from his position as member of the House of Representatives, effective 8 February 2026, resulting in the termination of his parliamentary membership. According to Section 101 (3) of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2560 (2017),

therefore, by the authority of Section 105 (2) of the same Constitution, it is hereby announced that the next person on the United Thai Nation Party's party-list to fill the vacancy is Mr. Attawit Suwanpakdee, who is listed third on the party's list.
