Atthawit Reports to Parliament as a Party-List MP for Ruam Thai Sang Chart, Replacing Resigned Peeraphan

Atthawit Suwanpakdee, a party-list MP for the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party, reported to Parliament to fill a vacant seat after being promoted to replace Peeraphan Saleerathvipak, who resigned.

At 10:30 a.m. on 18 March 2026 at Parliament, Atthawit Suwanpakdee, party-list MP for the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party (RTSC), reported to the Secretariat of the House of Representatives to fill the vacant seat according to the Election Commission's announcement of the party-list MP election results dated 4 March 2026. The announcement had declared Peeraphan Saleerathvipak, first on the RTSC party list, elected as an MP. However, Peeraphan submitted his resignation letter effective 8 February 2026, ending his membership under Section 101 (3) of the 2017 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand.


Therefore, under the authority of Section 105 (2) of the 2017 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, it is announced that the next person on the RTSC party list, Atthawit Suwanpakdee, shall be promoted to MP. Ms. Sirithorn Limpapayom, Deputy Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, welcomed him.
