On 19 Mar 2026 GMT+7, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul delivered a speech on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr 1447 AH, extending his best wishes and congratulations to Thai Muslims nationwide as they celebrate the end of fasting.
The Prime Minister stated that, on behalf of the government and Thai people, he honors and commends the Muslim community for their dedicated and sincere religious observance throughout Ramadan. This period is a significant time for spiritual refinement, testing strength, patience, and endurance to truly embrace the noble teachings of God.
Additionally, the government leader expressed confidence that the merit earned through good deeds, including charity, sharing, and forgiveness, will bring happiness and prosperity to Muslims and their families.
