Reports indicate the party has promoted three young MPs to serve as deputy ministers, including Watcharapol Khawkhum, a two-term MP from Udon Thani known for his youthful image and a master's degree from the United States.
Watcharapol Khawkhum, nicknamed 'Go,' is the son of Wichian and Nang Thiapjutha Khawkhum. Wichian is a former Udon Thani Provincial Administrative Organization chief, multiple-term MP, and former leader of the National United Front of Democracy Against Dictatorship (UDD).
Watcharapol graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Management Science at Udon Thani Rajabhat University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Pacific States University, USA. His experience includes serving as Deputy Mayor of Udon Thani Municipality, promoting youth sports, presiding over Udon Thani FC football club, serving as a specialist aide to an MP, and secretary to the Foreign Affairs Committee.
In the 2023 election, Wichian endorsed his son Watcharapol to run, who won the seat as MP for Udon Thani's 9th district under the Pheu Thai Party. Serving in the 26th House of Representatives, he acted as spokesperson for the special parliamentary committee reviewing the 2025 budget and participated in various parliamentary debates.
In the most recent election on 8 February 2026, Watcharapol retained his seat as MP for Udon Thani's 9th district, winning a second term.
