The final lineup for the Anutin 2 cabinet shows Bowornsak will not continue, as he admitted he has not been approached. Meanwhile, Palang Pracharath Party's status remains uncertain. Rumors circulate that Ratchada Thanadirek is the top candidate for government spokesperson.
On 22 Mar 2026 GMT+7, updates on forming the Anutin 2 cabinet indicate most names remain as previously reported. Individuals considered for ministerial posts have been contacted to submit their biographies. Some have already handed over their documents and qualifications at the Secretariat of the Cabinet (SC) building for the Cabinet Secretary's review. Unlike Anutin 1, where documents were collected collectively, this time each person is required to submit in person at the SC building. Throughout the week, those invited to be ministers are expected to visit the SC building progressively, as Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul wishes the process to conclude swiftly.
However, reporters note that Deputy Prime Minister Bowornsak Uwanno is currently absent from the Anutin 2 cabinet list. Bowornsak himself has admitted he has not been approached about continuing. Attention now turns to who will replace him. Similarly, the Palang Pracharath Party, holding five seats, has no members listed in the Anutin 2 cabinet roster.
Additionally, reports indicate Ms. Ratchada Thanadirek, former Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office and a party-list candidate for Bhumjaithai Party, is slated to become the official spokesperson for the Prime Minister's Office in the Anutin 2 cabinet.
