Complete Submission of Anutin 2 Cabinet Members Credentials Under Review Pakorn Resigns from PTTGC Board

The profiles of the Anutin 2 Cabinet members have been fully submitted to the Secretariat of the Cabinet and are currently undergoing expedited verification. Meanwhile, Pakorn Nilprapunt resigned from the PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) board after being named as a prospective Deputy Prime Minister.


On 25 March 2026, progress on submitting profiles and qualifications of individuals nominated for ministerial positions in the Anutin 2 Cabinet to the Secretariat of the Cabinet (SOC) for verification was reported. As of 25 March, all nominated individuals have submitted their profiles and qualifications to the SOC. The documents are being forwarded to various agencies for prompt verification. Concurrently, a document was released to the Stock Exchange of Thailand announcing that Pakorn Nilprapunt, Secretary-General of the Council of State, resigned from his roles as Chairman and Independent Chairman of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (PTTGC) effective 25 March. The reason given was resignation due to other responsibilities. Pakorn is named as the likely Deputy Prime Minister for legal affairs, succeeding Bawornsak Uwanno.
