Prime Minister Anutin drove his personal electric vehicle to work at the Government House for the second day, calling an urgent special economic cabinet meeting to resolve the energy crisis after oil prices rose by 6 baht per liter.

At 10:11 a.m. on 26 Mar 2026 GMT+7 at the Government House, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul arrived to carry out his duties at the Thai Khu Fah Building. At 11:00 a.m., Prime Minister Anutin convened a special economic cabinet meeting in the Green Room of the Thai Khu Fah Building to discuss solutions to the energy crisis caused by the conflict in the Middle East and following the 6-baht-per-liter oil price hike.
