His Majesty the King has issued a royal command appointing Setthaput Suthivatnanarueput as a Privy Councillor, effective immediately.
On 26 March 2026, the Royal Gazette website publishedthe royal command announcement regarding the appointment of a Privy Councillor.It states that His Majesty King Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun has graciously commanded the announcement that
following the previous appointment of Privy Councillors announced on 29 November 2023, His Majesty now deems it appropriate to appoint additional Privy Councillors.
By virtue of the powers under Sections 10 and 11 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B.E. 2560, His Majesty has graciously commanded the appointment of Mr. Setthaput Suthivatnanarueput as a Privy Councillor.
This appointment is effective from this date onward.
The announcement was made on 26 March 2026, the 11th year of the current reign.
