Prime Minister Anutin drove an electric car to the Government House for the third day, today changing the license plate from red to white, ahead of a nationwide governors' conference to monitor the oil situation in each province.
At 14:15 on 27 Mar 2026 GMT+7. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, the Prime Minister, drove an electric vehicle into the Government House for the third day. Today, the license plate was changed from the red temporary plate ฎ 9798 Bangkok to a white plate registered as จต 32 Bangkok.
Following that, the Prime Minister chaired a video conference in the Thai Khu Fah Building at the Government House with governors from all 77 provinces. Attending were Mr. Assit Sampanrat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, and Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok. The meeting focused on monitoring the oil situation in each province to determine if shortages exist, to compare data with central authorities. The meeting also stressed inspecting issues related to hoarding and illegal export of oil in each area.
