“Ja-Thananon,” wife of Prime Minister Anutin, generously donated money to buy coffins for the needy at the Police Hospital Forensic Institute. She revealed that she regularly donates coffins before lighting incense to honor the Buddha in the Naga Prok posture and pouring water to dedicate merit.
At 12:00 PM on 28 March 2026, at the Police Hospital Forensic Institute, reporters reported that Mrs. Thananon Chanweerakul, known as Ja, wife of Prime Minister Anutin Chanweerakul, came to make merit by donating money to purchase coffins for the needy.
Mrs. Thananon, wife of the Prime Minister, told reporters that she usually makes merit by donating coffins regularly at the Police Hospital Forensic Institute.
Reporters added that after Mrs. Anutin's wife completed the donation, she lit incense to honor the Buddha in the Naga Prok posture and poured water to dedicate merit in front of the Police Hospital Forensic Institute. She was accompanied by one attendant before departing immediately by private car.
