Prime Minister Anutin has set a timeline to present his policy address to Parliament before Songkran, expected around April 7-9. The plan, titled “Thailand 10 Plus,” aims to address four key disaster areas.
On 29 March 2026, reporters reported that after Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul spoke about progress in forming the new cabinet, which will be submitted for royal endorsement on 30 March, the government is moving forward with drafting its policy statement to Parliament. The Bhumjaithai Party has scheduled the policy address for before Songkran, approximately 7-9 April. The statement will be about 20-30 pages long and will introduce an economic stimulus plan named “Thailand 10 Plus.” This plan covers four areas: inclusive growth policies, competitiveness enhancement policies, economic stimulus and debt management policies, as well as industrial policies aimed at revenue generation. It also includes strategies to cope with current and future challenges across four disaster domains: natural disasters, economic issues, security, and social matters.
